I'm an avid goer of activity, not a fitness professional. I grew up playing baseball and ice hockey. In my 20's I became passionate about board sports and weightlifting. My dedication and discipline allowed me to be great.
For most of us, myself included, fitness ebbs and flows. So I keep this simple, get outside! Fitness is about longevity and fun. Enjoy it with the people you love. Get outside, a park, at least once a week and mix in various training programs to keep the body agile. Be your own athlete!
I am a certified Dad. I've been a generalist athlete my entire life and sports/fitness was a key part of my childhood. The purpose for this blog is to inspire others to get outside and use fitness as a catalyst for growth and development.
